The SACO RIVER, with pristine mountain water and miles of sandy floor, is on the boarder of New Hampshire and Maine. making this river perfect for RiverFit classes. Our class location allows us to have the ideal river depths, ranging from thigh to chest high. Class moves comfortably with and against the current.
Lisa will guide you thru water aerobic exercises and Yoga and QiGong movements. Since our bodies are electro-magnetic and 75-85% water, once we enter the river our autoimmune system is kicked into gear as it works to keep essential organs warm. Water magnifies the body's natural ability to reduce stress, deepen the breath and strengthen our bodies.
The river is always manageable by either moving closer to shore, to ease up on the current, or out into the middle of the river, for higher intensity.
$45 for 4 week session

WHAT TO WEAR and BRING
Water-shoes, Brimmed Hat, sunglasses, lip balm and sunscreen;
Bathing suits or polyester long sleeve shirts and leggings;
Towel, water bottle, and easy slip into warm covering for afterwards.
COOLER DAYS I will have warm tea and healthy treat for us on the beach to follow class.
